Evernote
-Note Taking
If you find yourself with a mix of handwritten and digital notes, you will love Evernote. Evernote helps me take better notes with various fonts, styles, colors, and highlights. You can add tasks to any note to-do list, scan whiteboards, and even add audio messages. Think of this as a more organized version of Google Docs. I am the type of person who writes literally anything and everything down. Using Evernote has allowed me to organize my work in specific folders with the ability to filter them by tags.

-Time Management
I don’t think I have the same 24 hours a day that Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos have.
I’m easily distracted, especially when I’m working on stuff with no set deadline. I want to get as much done between 9 am and 5 pm, so I can have the rest of the evening to myself.
Engross is a time management app that helps you improve your focus and manage distractions. Engross uses the Pomodoro Technique; a technique that breaks down work into smaller intervals to increase productivity. The intervals are usually 30 minutes and they are separated by small breaks. The intervals are customizable, but the thirty-minute intervals have been working just fine for me. Engross also has a distraction timer; you can press the button on the screen everything you get distracted. The app will then use this to gather statistics about when you are most distracted in the day.

-Productivity Planner
I’m a huge physical planner fan. To me, there is nothing more satisfying than writing something down and crossing it out when completed. However, I must admit that having your planner on your phone is a must.
For an everyday planner, I believe the simpler the better. I want to be able to look at my planner whenever I need it without it being too far from me or too complicated to read.
This planner app allows me to quickly create tasks and events. It also gives me the option to view them in both task view and calendar view. From personal activities and work tasks to grocery lists, you can write anything down.
Hope this helps :)
